Duke Ludwig Wilhelm Karl Norbert Theodor Johann in Bavaria was a member of the Kingdom of Bavarias ruling dynasty, the House of Wittelsbach. He was the head since 1909 of the Wittelsbachs cadet branch, the Dukes in Bavaria, heirs of the Counts Palatine of BirkenfeldGelnhausen.
